Over the life of each project, Evrima works to support stakeholders to use data and evidence to make decisions, course-correct, and prioritize, consistent with our evaluation cycle for adaptive management. Beyond monitoring and evaluative research, we aim to bolster our clients and partners own capabilities to develop and manage learning agendas, research plans, and evaluative research, and to own the knowledge management process as a routine element of day-to-day program management.

Evrima offers services to set up and maintain knowledge management systems, both for individual projects and entire organizations. Our team helps implementors create simple, usable systems that can be replicated and used by all the stakeholders involved in a project or organization. We can set up research workflows, create internal filing and naming systems, select and/or customize methodologies for particular interventions, create research instrument templates, or develop tailored unique targeted training materials. Evrima also has capacity to create literal and figurative meeting spaces where MEL practitioners can gather in support of learning from evidence, sharing best practices and examples, and modeling learning and adaptive management.
